On the Magento Admin page, click on System > Configuration.
In the sidebar, click General > Design > HTML Head or Footer.
Paste your tracking code into the Miscellaneous Scripts or Miscellaneous HTML box. Note: you can find your tracking code on your dashboard under Settings > Tracking Code
Click Save Config.
